My Senior Thesis Collection - This collection is an interpretation of the natural shapes of plants. The use of the organic and raw material, Burlap, allowed me to transmit the natural feeling of botanical shapes into my designs. Using raw materials was important to me, in order for my designs to align with my concept and vision. All fabric manipulation is hand sewn, for a more organic and detailed outcome. I aimed to showcase the natural landscapes of my home country, Costa Rica, and create a memorable visual representation of my brand and aesthetic. The vibrant 'flora and fauna' of my country helped enhance and create a cohesive visual representation of my senior thesis looks, allowing me to convey my natural and organic vision.
